Gladwyne - Black History Month Program
Join us for an interactive and engaging Black History Month Program. We will be exploring the life of Augustus Jackson, the Philadelphian who revolutionized the process of making ice cream, and make some ice cream as well (*please do not partake if allergic to vanilla or if lactose intolerant.). Dr. Mae Jemison, the first black, female astronaut will also be discussed as we try some simple experiments to discover her field of study.This program is for ages 6-11. Space is limited to 10 children. Masks and registration are required.
