BALA CYNWYD: An Afternoon of English Country Dance
The Colonial Assembly performance team of the Germantown Country Dancers presents 18th- and early 19th-century English Country social dances in period costume with live music. This performance features formal Regency-era (Bridgerton-style) attire and authentic footwork based on instruction from historical dancing masters. These dances will include historical commentary, and audience members are invited to learn and join in on a few simple dances!
