BELMONT: Paleo-Art: Making Mold & Cast "Fossils"
Learn about the scientific concepts of fossil formation, examine a sampling of real fossils, and create beautiful, modern day, botanical "fossils" in this fun summer program. We will use natural materials to make molds in clay and Plaster of Paris to create casts that replicate true fossil formation.
Registration is required for this program. Participants must be between ages 11 and 17.
