Gladwyne - Cartooning/Illustration: Jeffro Kilpatrick
We’re excited to introduce Jeffro Kilpatrick as our Artist in Residence for April and May. Jeffro is a cartoonist, illustrator, and art teacher who grew up in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. He helped start the Philadelphia Cartoonist Society in 1997 and has been part of the Meathaüs Comics Collective for many years. For almost 25 years, Jeffro has taught art to people of all ages and skill levels throughout Philadelphia. He has also led cartooning and comics classes at the University of the Arts and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
