Stay strong, stay steady, stay independent! Join athletic trainer Lilly Kull for an hour of resistance training for older adults at the Belmont Hills Library.

Lilly will guide you with live demonstrations and easy-to-follow movements, offer expert insight on safe and effective exercises, and provide the tools you need to develop a personalized home strength program so you can boost your mobility and balance (hello, fall prevention!), and strengthen your bones and muscles.

Lilly Kull has a master's in athletic training and is an expert in injury prevention and rehabilitation for clients of all ages.
