PENN WYNNE: Wednesday Crafternoons: Paper Spinner
Using paper string, and your own creativity, make a paper spinner that you can play with over and over.
Stop in anytime between 12-2. No registration required

If you are registered for Summer Reading, attending this program will earn you one raffle ticket.
Children under the age of 11 must have an adult remain in the building during the program. If your child has difficultly cutting, please consider staying in the room to help.
