BELMONT: "What to Expect What You're Expecting and Beyond" with Dr. Soni Arora
Dr. Soni Arora is a Board Certified Physical Therapist with specialties in pelvic health, orthopedics, pediatrics, and aquatics. She believes the key to achieving optimal health and wellness throughout all stages of life is through awareness and education. She is committed to empowering her patients and community with the proper knowledge through her consulting and physical therapy practices.
Dr. Soni will be presenting “What to Expect When You're Expecting and Beyond" - an introductory course that will guide you through what's happening during pregnancy as your body changes and how to best prepare for the changes that will happen postpartum.
