BALA CYNWYD: Sundays @ 2 Concert Series - "RE/CREATE" with Variant 6 & the Sylvan Consort of Viols
Variant 6 is a vocal chamber ensemble that explores the expressive potential of the human voice through music that is at once virtuosic, poignant, and approachable.
Join us for a unique program for six voices and six viols. Among the highlights will be a premiere by Philadelphia composer, Kile Smith that showcases the unique combination of voices and viols. Featuring the poetry of John Milton, this work explores the power of music to elevate the soul.
All concerts are free and will take place at the Gratz College Bala Campus, formerly known as the Levering Mill Tribute House (382 Bala Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA, 19004).
