PENN WYNNE: Cat and Bird with Paul Klee
For ages 4-7
Join Ms. Svetlana from Kids Look Listen Create for Cat and Bird: Adventure with Paul Klee’s Paintings
The class consists of 2 parts. During the first part of the class children will follow a Cat (a "character" from one of Paul Klee's paintings Cat and Bird) in his search for a friend. This quest will take them through Klee's several works. On the way, among other things, they will "stop" to observe colors, shapes, and play "I spy..." game.
In a second part of the class, they will make an open-ended craft inspired by Klee's paintings and presented materials.
Registration required
When registering for a children’s program, please register each child who is attending separately under the CHILD’S name.
As a reminder, per LMLS policy, if the child attending the program is under 11 years old, a caregiver must remain in the building during the program. If the child attending is under 6 years old, a caregiver must remain in the room during the program.
The Penn Wynne Library strives to make our youth programs accessible for all. If you or your child needs accommodations or extra support, please let us know in person or by emailing dgowen@lmls.org
No Show Policy:
Due to the number of no shows, Penn Wynne Library has implemented the following policy: Not showing up to a program, (without cancelling your registration) will have you placed on a wait list for a future program. If on the day before the program there is still space, you will be placed back on the registration list. We understand that things happen but when people register and do not show up, it sometimes keeps other people from being able to attend, or it wastes money on supplies that are not used. Thank you for understanding.
